Visage

The 'Visage' is a mixed use development consisting of residential, commercial, swimming pool, climbing school and community centre. The main building rising to 16 stories. The development took approximately 1300t of rebar and approximately 8500m3 of concrete. the construction site itself was locked in by roads and exisiting buildings which of course all had to operate without any effect from our works. the high rise superstructure parts were designed with few transfer features producing a repetative floor layout. this enabled us to use 'flying' table forms, assisting the speed of the build.
