Training Policy

Getjar Limited promotes good practise and skills training for all our labour force. We provide modern apprenticeships for aspiring tradesmen and for all related professionals within the industry and maintain standards via regular tool-box, safety and customer care training for all operatives.

We have a programme in place to ensure that our entire workforce are Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) cardholders within 12 months. Currently, all our management and staff are cardholders and over 80% of our operatives have passed the CSCS health and safety test leading to the award of their CSCS cards. Additionally, all our Site Managers are encouraged to maintain their continued professional development by attending training courses on health and safety, management techniques and other relevant topics organised on a regular basis.
